J & P Bunting Pty Ltd trading as Tradie Reel (ABN 36 631 220 329) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- What you send through our contact form: your name, business name, email, phone (if given), what you do, what you're interested in and your message.
- How you found us: the answer you choose on the form, plus the campaign tags in the link you followed (if any), the page you arrived on and the site that referred you.
- If you become a client: the details needed to deliver the service, such as your business accounts' admin access, photos and videos you share, and, with your recorded consent, footage and voice recordings used to build your AI avatar.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to provide and improve our services, to invoice you, and to meet our legal obligations. We don't sell personal information, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the business, such as our website and email host, our accounting software and, for clients, the tools we use to make and publish content (for example HeyGen for avatar video and Canva for graphics). They may store information outside Australia. We only share what each one needs.
Your avatar and voice
An avatar is made only with your recorded consent, used only for content you approve, and deleted within 30 days of the engagement ending, or sooner if you ask.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. To record how you found us, your browser keeps a note of the link you arrived from for the current visit only, and it is sent to us only if you submit the contact form.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@tradiereel.com.au. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, tell us first and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
