Who we are
Tradie Reel is a trading name of J & P Bunting Pty Ltd, ABN 36 631 220 329.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in AUD and exclude GST, which is added at 10%.
- The launch fee is invoiced when you accept and is paid before filming.
- Monthly fees are invoiced in advance and are payable within 7 days.
- Anything outside your package is quoted before we start.
Term and notice
- After your first month, or after the 3-month pilot, marketing packages run month to month with 30 days' notice.
- You can change packages at the start of any month.
- LinkedIn outreach is month to month and can be paused or stopped with 7 days' notice.
Not included
Advertising spend (paid by you, directly to Meta, Google or LinkedIn), LinkedIn subscriptions, printing and vehicle signage.
Your accounts
We work through admin roles you control and can remove at any time. We never ask for shared passwords.
Your content
Every video, post, graphic and script we make for you is yours to keep, including after the engagement ends.
Your likeness
Your avatar and voice are created only with your recorded consent, used only for content you have approved, and deleted within 30 days of the engagement ending, or sooner if you ask.
Approvals
Scripts, monthly calendars and outreach batches are approved by you before anything goes live. Enquiries, pricing and technical advice are always answered by you.
Reviews and email
We ask your customers for honest reviews and never offer anything in exchange, in line with Google's review policy and ACCC guidance. Emails go only to your customers and contacts, with an unsubscribe link in every send, as the Spam Act requires.
Results
We don't promise a number of leads. We report every week where they came from, what they cost and what we're changing.
